Requirements:
- Highly organized
- Motivated
- Be able to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders and/or go into attics (if applicable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well on a team
- Experience in HVAC service and repair preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
